Our Programs-2024-2025

CONFIRMATION PREP (GRADES 9-10)

Faith Formation Registration for the 2025-2026 school year closed on September 15th.

Welcome to Confirmation preparation at St. Joe’s! We have a two-year program for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Classes meet on Wednesday nights, beginning September 4th and continuing throughout the school calendar year.

We are pleased to offer a fully online version of the Confirmation registration form here. If you prefer a printable version, please click here. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, debit, or credit card. To pay online, please click here.

We are asking that at least one parent of any students involved in Faith Formation participate as a volunteer in some way. Please see this form for more information on how you can help! For detailed information about being a hall monitor or catechist, see our 24-25 Handbook.

Students, parents, and sponsors will use our Chosen (by Ascension Presents) curriculum with scripture study and select Theology of the Body lessons during their two years with us. The Sacrament of Confirmation takes place in the spring of their second year.

We highly encourage students to be active members of their church community throughout high school and beyond, especially after being fully initiated into the Church at Confirmation. Upper-classmen volunteers can earn service hours and grow in their faith as they learn to share the Gospel with their own stories of encounters with Christ. For volunteer opportunities and information, please see this form.
