Connection Cafe Meal

Volunteers are needed for donations and/or help serve lunch at the Connection Café. The Connection Cafe serves lunch five days a week to an average of 127 homeless and low income individuals and families in downtown Des Moines. The date of the lunch will be Friday, February 27.
Items needed: You can drop off any amount of the following.
12 Dozen Hamburger Buns
130 pieces of fruit (bananas or cuties etc.)
2 gallons of milk
2 bottles of BBQ Sauce and Ketchup
130 bags of individual chips or Doritos etc. (you can buy bags or boxes with individual bags)
150 Desserts - cookies or bars etc. (homemade or store purchased)
Any amount of individual toiletries (Toilet paper, toothpaste/brush, shampoo, etc.)
